A straight conversation about where the work piles up in your organization. What takes too long, what gets dropped, what only one person knows how to do. We will tell you honestly whether there is a fit, and if there is not, we will say so on the call.

Two to three days inside your operation. We sit with the people who run the work, follow a handful of processes end to end, and come back with a written read on what is ready for AI, what is not, and what to do first.
Exactly what you receive:
- Interviews with the owner and key staff, on site or remote.
- Every recurring process documented: what starts it, who handles it, where it slows down.
- Handoffs, duplicate work, and single points of failure identified by name.
- A written readiness report you can hand to anyone in the organization.
- A prioritised list of what to automate first, with our reasoning for the order.
- A scoped proposal for what comes next, with a real number attached.
The audit is a fixed-price way in, not a first tier of a larger package. Plenty of organizations take the report and act on it themselves. That is a fine outcome.
Capture
We interview your people and document how the organization actually works, process by process, the way a new employee would have to learn it. Pricing, exceptions, the rules nobody wrote down, the reasons behind them.
What comes out is an organized knowledge system that you own: readable by your team, and readable by AI. It is worth having on its own. Most owners find that seeing the operation written down changes how they run it, before any technology enters the picture.
Build
We connect AI to the tools you already use, your email, documents, spreadsheets, CRM, booking and billing systems, and put it to work on real tasks. One workflow at a time, each one proven before the next one starts.
Everything starts in shadow mode. The AI does real work on real inputs, but nothing is sent and nothing is changed in your systems until you have watched it and approved it. A typical first build is a 30-day pilot on two workflows, ending in a scorecard: what got done, what still needed a human, what broke, and what it saved.
Grow
Organizations change. People, vendors, processes, rules. Grow is a maintenance retainer that keeps the system current and catches what drifts, reviewed on a regular cycle with you.
The retainer is scoped to what is under management, not charged per workflow. New work is billed separately at Build rates, so nothing gets bundled in quietly. You pay for your own AI subscriptions directly, so there is no markup on compute and no surprise usage bill from us.
What we don't do
- No unlimited-support promises. Every engagement has a defined scope and a defined end.
- No ripping out tools that work. We connect to what you already have and pay for.
- No black boxes. Everything we build is documented and belongs to you, including the parts you would need to replace us.
The goal is to leave the organization more capable, not more dependent.
